[파이썬] 텔레그램 봇으로 이미지 보내기

import telegram을 한 후에 아래와 같이 하면 안 보내집니다.

 bot.send_photo(chat_id, image)

다음과 같이 해야 제대로 전송이 됩니다.

 bot.send_photo(chat_id, open(image,'rb'))

테스트해보니 10MB 용량제한이 걸려있는 것 같고, animated GIF가 정지되어 보이네요.
